2007 State Convention Delegates and Observers were treated to excellent and moving speeches from six of the eight Democratic presidential candidates. On the whole, our group left hopeful and confident in the caliber of our candidates.

On May 3rd, DNV President Matt Pope, Laurie L., NCDCC Treasurer Paul Shapiro, DNV Secretary Jen Thornton, NCDCC Secretary Sarah Martin, Cari, Cedella and NCDCC Member Steve Perry formed a "zero emissions float" representing Democrats of Napa Valley in the Cinco de Mayo Parade, Calistoga.
